TURKEY STUFFING BLEND- Cook it on the grill! It’s faster, less messy and makes its own gravy with garlic, basil, parsley and plenty of sage. 10 servings. Net wt 1.5 oz (42 g)

Directions: Use one tablespoon in stocks, stews, soups, sauces. Sprinkle on meats, fish, poultry and pasta. Blend in marinades and salad dressings or butter and cheese spreads.
Serving size: 1 Tablespoon -Contains: 10 servings

I was always under so much pressure making stuffing- was there enough salt and pepper, seasonings or onion…..too much butter. This recipe will take the guessing out of it.

1 loaf stale bread-1/2 cubes
2 medium onions-chopped
3-4 celery stalks-chopped
1 lb breakfast sausage-browned
¼ c melted butter
Salt and pepper

Add all ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Pour in melted butter and toss until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste (sometimes the sausage and butter can be salty, so taste the stuffing before you salt.) I make this up one or two days before I stuff the turkey for the flavors to take over. You don’t have to, but it is one less thing you have to do before the holiday. If you have any left over, put it in a greased casserole and add some turkey drippings to give it flavor. Bake about 30 minutes with the turkey or until browned. When you cook the turkey, try rubbing it with olive oil and sprinkle with extra SOUPER SPICES-STUFFING BLEND.
